CLARIFIED

Know what's in it.

A guest with a food allergy scans the card on the table and sees what they can order tonight — without sending a server back to the kitchen three times.

What the guest sees

They tell it what they're avoiding. The menu rearranges itself. No app, no account, nothing to download.

Tell your server about your allergy. Kitchens share equipment, and only this kitchen knows what touches what.
  • Nothing to installScan the card and the page opens. No app store, no sign-up, no password, nothing to download.
  • Every ingredient confirmed by the kitchenClarified never publishes a dish the chef hasn't gone through line by line.
  • It says when it doesn't knowA dish the kitchen hasn't confirmed is marked unconfirmed — never guessed at, never quietly left off.
  • Nine allergens, not just glutenWheat, dairy, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame — each one its own answer on every dish.

What the restaurant does

Three things, once. After that your chef changes a dish in about a minute, and every table sees it the same night — no reprinting, no stale PDF.

Step one
Send your menu
However it already exists. Photos from a phone are fine — most restaurants send four pictures and that is the whole job.
Step two
Your chef confirms ingredients
We read every dish and mark what we found. Your chef corrects us and confirms each line. About an hour, once.
Step three
Print and display the QR codes
We send printed table cards and menu inserts carrying your own code. Guests scan and read.
You stay the author of every word about your own food.

Clarified doesn't inspect your kitchen and doesn't decide what's in your dishes — your chef does, and nothing reaches a guest's screen until they've confirmed it.

No dish is ever called safe. A dish is clear to order, one change away, or worth avoiding tonight. Every screen tells the guest to speak to their server about cross-contact, because a shared fryer is something only your kitchen knows about.

A table of six shouldn't leave because one person can't eat anything.

That is the whole idea

Clarified is a publishing tool for restaurants. The restaurant is the source of all dish information and is responsible for keeping it current. Guests with severe allergies should always speak to their server. Clarified does not inspect kitchens and makes no representation about cross-contact.
